Authors: Roger Orsini, MD and Paul Gurny

About the authors:

Dr. Roger A. Orsini is a respected plastic surgeon who has been in private practice in Easton, Maryland, since 1985. He received his B.S. from Georgetown University and pursued graduate studies in neurophysiology at the University of Connecticut before going on to receive his M.D. from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He completed his residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and his fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. 

In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Orsini serves as a consultant to help physicians learn essential, pertinent, and practical business skills and tools. He received his M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and currently serves as an adjunct professor in the university’s Carey Business School.

Dr. Orsini is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
