This has been one of the most interesting seasons of my life. One of the most exciting parts has been establishing and defining how I am showing up in both the coaching community and my personal communities. Though we may have lives that parallel each other, our lives are individual. No two people will show up the exact same way. I am honored, thrilled, and passionate about being a small part of each reader’s journey exploring and laying of the foundation for how they will show up in both their coaching and personal communities.

Whether you have a broad spectrum or very narrow purpose in these communities, it is up to you what you will put in. We are meant to be forever students. I hope you stay H.O.T. (Honest, Open, and Teachable) as well as F.A.T. (Faithful, Available, and Transparent). Finding who you are and what you have to offer will be an ever-evolving process because as much as you have to offer others, the people you encounter have just as much to teach you.
