In these seasons of my life, which at times have been so overwhelming and at the same time breathtakingly beautiful, these techniques bring down walls and do away with assumptions and formatting of individuals and individual situations — allowing them to truly be seen. I hope every reader allows the experience of seeking more, so that not only do they begin to see their world, but allow themselves to be seen, too.
