Patricia Kilroe holds degrees in literature and linguistics and is an associate professor in the Writing & Literature program at the California College of the Arts in Oakland, CA. Her academic interests include writing pedagogy, narratology, and second language acquisition. She regularly teaches composition to English language learners and has written Write on Art with her students in mind.
