Dr. Seung-Kyun KO has been teaching American politics for more than two decades. He has had many foreign students in his classes. He was educated at the College of Wooster and the Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has published numerous articles in such academic professional journals as the Pacific Affairs, Modern Asian Studies, and Journal of Asian Business.
