Dr. Campbell is a retired Probation and Parole Officer. Areas of interest and research includes criminology, Juvenile Justice, Capital Punishment, criminal punishment, and social justice. Previous publication includes Juvenile Justice Case Processing at all stages of Juvenile case processing.
