About The Book
Case Files In Black and Blue: In Re Jule and Lasalle Blandele is the first published case file for advanced instruction of trial preparation and advocacy, in the context of domestic intrastate human trafficking and child abuse, including child sexual assault. Case Files in Black and Blue is designed to develop the student's ability to manage complex cases - from the pre-trial phase of fact investigation using original source documents to the presentation of a full trial. Students using this case file are required to learn the law in the jurisdiction in which the course is taught, making this case file appropriate for clinical instruction. Professor Boltz uses this case file for her Domestic Violence Prosecution and Trial course at Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University.
