About the author: 

Brandy Scholze earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and went on to complete her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Prairie View A&M University.  She is a Texas A&M Certified Training Professional and a Certified Diversity Training Professional.

Brandy has more than two decades of experience in various industries (oil and gas, retail, government, and higher education), and has served in numerous capacities including corporate training/professional development, human resources, supervisory management and customer service. She has coached countless individuals on topics such as resume writing and interviewing skills, and consulted in the areas of business plan writing and small business start-ups.

In addition to being a licensed REALTOR®, she currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Blinn College’s Business Division where she teaches classes such as Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management, Small Business Management and Business Legal Environment. She has served on the Board of Director’s and Advisory Councils of various nonprofits since 2009. Her most recent service includes being appointed to the Texas Association of REALTORS® Faculty Assessment Panel for the 2017 year.
